Than Before Fitness has three different types of Personal Training that work for all experience levels and goals! We have Small Group Training, 1:1 Private Training, and Youth Athlete Training!

Whatever version of personal training you participate in, you can be certain that you will get professional coaching, tailored planning, and friendly service. While we have some standards and common practices, we have no agenda when it comes to your health and fitness. Our goal is to give you the tools to reach your goal. Even if you don’t know exactly what your goals are, we will get you started and help you uncover them along the way. We will help you gain muscle, lose fat, increase mobility, develop athleticism, or whatever else you want to be able to do! Even if your goals are less tangible like being more confident or moving better, we will lead the way. Remember, you don’t have to be better than anybody else… you just have to be better than you were before.

1:1 Private training

Private training gets you a custom plan written specifically for you by your coach, as well as, dedicated hour long sessions between you and your coach. Prices above are monthly based on 1, 2, 3, and 4 sessions per week respectively.

Small Group Training
$229| $299 | $349
